I think in order to encourage people to eat sauerkrut, I have to come out with healthy and tasty dishes. Eating sauerkrut by itself may not be so appealing as it only taste sour. It will be good if we can add sweetness and other taste to it. Rasins can add sweetness and almond a bit bitter. It makes a perfect snack and healthy and nutricient snack for after or before meals or when you are drinking. It helps to neutralise and blend the alcohol well into the body. When eating this snack, it reminds me of the lou hei dish that we eat during Chinese New Year.
I can eat a big bowl of it. It looks good and appealing in picture too. For vegetarian, it gives you good protein and energy and good taste tothe diet.
To be short, it kinds of add colour and joy to our life.

ReplyDeleteYou should learn how to prepare this dish. It is easy. Just get ready almond nuts and a box of rasins. It can be served in 5 mins. Best dish for working ladies who want to work out in the gym during lunch time and only have 5 min to eat.
